      The Cornerstone Café, tucked into a corner of the ground floor student commons in UTS's new Science and Graduate School of Health Building, has a relaxed and welcoming vibe with tables inside and out. It offers sandwiches and salads made fresh daily, and a number of temptations for those with a sweet tooth, including its famous cronut (half croissant, half doughnut).

Penny Lane can also cater for a range of functions large and small.

Social and cultural activities

UTS continues to promote social and cultural activities at UTS to enhance social life on campus. These activities foster the social, personal and extra-curricular development of all students involved. They provide a great learning opportunity for students, who are encouraged to become fully involved in UTS life and all it has to offer. Students can also gain valuable organisational experience by juggling various activities alongside their studies.

      The Students' Association (SA) is the representative body for students at UTS. It represents all students of the University on welfare and education issues.
